We are excited to welcome the newest addition to our SenSource sales team, Melissa Chapman, Senior Account Manager. Melissa is our first sales representative in Canada, enabling better service and support for our existing and expanding Canadian client base. Melissa takes a proactive approach to researching and creating new client relationships, incorporating her prior people counter sales experience and knowledge.
“I have previous experience with selling people counter systems, but SenSource offers an amazingly huge selection of products like vehicle counters, wireless sensors and people counting sensors! Due to that, we can provide systems applicable to a variety of industries and applications which sets us apart from our competitors and makes us less vulnerable to industry and economic shifts,” explains Melissa.
Accessing new technologies enables effective communication, closing the distance between our home and Canadian offices. Continual telephone, email and web conference communications allow for rapid response between offices and in collaboration with customers, adding a further dynamic technological element to our home office.
Outside of the office, Melissa and her husband are kept busy with their two young boys and their many activities. In her spare time, she enjoys DIY home renovation projects and spending time with her family.
