This is an exciting time for SenSource as we dive into another year in business. New employees, products, partnerships and clients in 2010 have rallied excitement into 2011. This ardent buzz encompassing the office is forecasting great things for SenSource this year.
From 2009 to 2010, we’ve increased sales by 20% and anticipate a 25-30% increase by the close of 2011. This increase, as well as the increase in products and new clients, justified an expansion to our staff as we added five new employees to our team.
On agenda for 2011, we plan to further integrate with business intelligence systems while gaining partnerships with leaders in complementary industries. Our product and software offerings are under continuous research, tests and improvements in order to remain applicable to future client needs and technological trends.
Our new Platinum Support offering has made its debut and will begin certified installation services this year. This extended support package is a “worry-free” solution as SenSource technical support staff monitors the system, replaces hardware when necessary and provides software phone support. Also new, is a managed solution where traffic data is hosted at SenSource, requiring less IT maintenance from the client.
With so many new ideas and projects underway, I look forward to what the rest of this year has in store for all of us at SenSource. I am proud of our dedicated staff for creating our success thus far and for managing the bumps of a quickly growing company.
