Mike Cavicchi, Production Manager
What is your history at SenSource?
I’ve been with SenSource for seven and a half years. I began in the Technical Support department and then a position opened up in the Production Department, and that’s where I’ve been ever since.
What does a day in the life of a Production Manager look like?
My job here at SenSource is to assemble and program people counting and traffic counting sensors, fulfill orders that are received from the sales department, prepare those orders for shipment and maintain our parts stock. I also perform facilities maintenance tasks around our headquarters.
What is your favorite part about SenSource?
The culture. There’s a mutual respect between everyone which I believe flows from the top. Management tries really hard to make SenSource a fun place to work. When it’s time to work everyone knows their job and does it really well. And when it’s time to play, we play really well.
What is the most rewarding part of working at SenSource?
The trust and appreciation that is awarded to each employee.
