Making a People Counting Dashboard

If you’ve recently purchased a SenSource system, or are newly assigned the role of analyzing data, then today’s video is for you! Let’s cover the basics of creating a dashboard in Vea.

Our Vea Analytics Reporting Platform offers many customization features and can feel overwhelming when you first log in to know where to start.

We recommend beginning with a basic dashboard to summarize your data in a few different ways on a single screen.

First, you’ll navigate to the Dashboards tab on the main menu and then select New Dashboard. On the top right of the screen you’ll see a series of colored icons. Select the green plus icon to add your first widget.

Depending on which integrations you have connected, you’ll see various tabs across the top.

Select your widgets and configure the settings. You can grab the corner of the card to adjust the size and placement. Repeat the steps to add more widgets to your dashboard.
